Job Description:
- Specialize in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of specific software platform(s) and supporting technologies.
- Common duties would include reviewing and understanding functional specifications and translating them into technical design specifications, building or configuring technical solutions using several different platforms and supporting tools, an understanding of box solutions included in the platform and performing testing on all development work.
- Troubleshooting existing configurations and providing technical support to customers would also be required.
- Position must document all work and have appropriate code reviews with staff to transition knowledge.
Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Service Now Developer o Tools: Catalog Builder, Form Builder, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
- Environment: Build n-1, Leveraging ITIL, Customer Service Management, Custom Development for Business Applications.
- SalesForce Developer Tools: Apex, Objects, OmniStudio, and Digital Experience.
