Responsibilities

  • Requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of technology and IT operations.
  • Will act as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing executive communications, and providing critical administrative and project support.
  • Will handle critical administrative tasks such as calendar management, stakeholder communication, and document preparation, while also assisting with technical coordination, including IT procurement requests, technical documentation management, initiative tracking, and virtual meeting facilitation.
  • With increased operational demands, securing this support is necessary to prevent delays in decision-making, maintain workload balance, and allow leadership to focus on high-priority initiatives.
  • Ensuring the Senior Leadership office has the necessary resources will sustain the effectiveness of leadership operations and support seamless technology-driven processes across the agency.
  • This role is essential for supporting strategic initiatives by providing coordination and logistical assistance to keep key technology and governance work on track.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an IT, government, or highly regulated industry.
  • Understanding of IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in a large or complex organization
