About the role
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage company certifications, contract compliance, and agreements for key clients including NYCDDC, NYCDEP, NYCEDC, and PANYNJ. This role also supports subcontractor agreements and client account management while ensuring timely renewals and accurate billing.
What you'll do
- Review contract requirements with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance.
- Ensure invoicing aligns with contract terms and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain subcontractor agreements in line with prime contracts.
- Track and manage all company certifications, including renewals and updates.
- Maintain client compliance through various vendor portals (e.g., NYC PASSPort, PANYNJ portals).
- Support documentation and record-keeping for audits and internal reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with NYCDDC, NYCDEP, NYCEDC, and PANYNJ is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with government vendor portals and certification processes.
