Techno is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join our corporate team in our Princeton, NJ office. In this role, you will be invoicing key clients such as NYCDDC, NYCDEP, NYCEDC, and PANYNJ. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, contract compliance, and client account management.
Job Description :
- Invoicing : Prepare and issue accurate invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms and billing rates.
- Contract Compliance : Collaborate with teams to ensure invoicing aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Client Account Management : Maintain client records, resolve billing disputes, and address inquiries.
- Reconciliation & Reporting : Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly / annual financial reports.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement billing process enhancements.
- Client Relations : Serve as the main point of contact for invoicing questions from NYCDDC, NYCDEP, NYCEDC, and PANYNJ.
