Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of a banking contact center from Genesys Engage to Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and scope, and ensure compliance with banking regulations throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and compliance departments.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and manage change requests.
- Communicate status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure all migration activities meet banking security and compliance standards.
- Conduct post-migration reviews and documentation.
- Lead planning and execution of migration from Genesys Engage to Amazon Connect
- Manage timelines, scope, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards
- Skills: Project management, communication, banking compliance, PMP preferred
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Project management: Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence
- Communication: Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Documentation: SharePoint, Confluence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale contact center or IT migration projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of banking compliance and security standards.
- Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
Salary : $60 - $70
