AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Consultant/Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services to deliver high-quality digital content solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are upheld.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other platforms and systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and operation.
- Problem Solving: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AEM solutions, conducting regular audits and optimizations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, including design specifications, code comments, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest AEM advancements and industry trends, advocating for continuous improvement in digital solution offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AEM development, with a proven track record of successful AEM implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AEM 6.x, with deep understanding of AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
- Programming Languages: Expertise in Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Frameworks and Tools: Experience with AEM Dispatcher, Sightly/HTL, Sling models, and OSGi framework.
- Integration Skills: Knowledge of integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products and third-party applications.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to devise creative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
- Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM is highly desirable.
