POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7, Independent GAPs and other project.
- Interact with functional people / process experts to understand new requirement, issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions.
- Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap.
- Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet.
