Sr ServiceNow Business Analyst (ITAM & ITSM Impl.)
Location: Rockville, MD - Hybrid / Remote but occasional visit 2 times in a month is required. DMV areas candidate preferred.
Duration: Long term
End Client: Federal
Pay rate: Market/Flexible
Previous ServiceNow implemetation experience is required. ITAM (SAM & HAM) & ITSM, CMDB, and Integration experience is essential. Especially ITAM, as they are going to do a full implementation of ITAM.
JD:
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
- 10 years of overall experience. 5 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM (SAM & HAM), CMDB, and Integration.
- Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM (SAM & HAM), CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
- Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
