Position: Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Remote but an occasional visit 2 times a month is required. DMV areas candidate preferred.

Job Description:
Previous ServiceNow implementation experience is required. ITSM, ITAM and Integration experience is essential. Especial ITAM, as they are going to do a full implementation of ITAM.
Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
10 years of overall experience. 5 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, and Integration.
Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
