Position : UX Designer with Microsoft Dynamics
Location : Remote, DC Metro
Job Type : 12 months
Job Summary :
As a UX Designer with Dynamics experience, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our Dynamics applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into intuitive and effective user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Implement designs with a focus on user experience while leveraging Microsoft Dynamics platform capabilities.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and user satisfaction.
Maintain and evolve design systems and standards.
Stay up to date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Dynamics-based projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user psychology.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A user-centric mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Certification in UX Design or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
