Role: Validation Engineer

Job Descriptions
- Work as part of development team to help build infrastructure, software and processes for Windows OS Remote upgrade on IoT devices in a Corporate office/lab environment
- In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems, including installation, upgrade, driver management, configuration, virtualization, custom Shell development and OS imaging
- Ability to script and automate tasks using Windows PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving both server-side and client-side issues
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, such as DHCP, DNS and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Experience authoring documentation for end-users and/or field engineers
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Task Sequence (TS)
- Experience working with virtualized Windows environments
- Experience installing and upgrading Microsoft SQL server software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant experience
- Work conditions - Corporate office/lab environment
