Job Title: SailPoint Engineer
Fully Remote, Ongoing contract (12 months)
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our Digital Identity Group.
This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of our IAM Globalization project.
Leverage expertise in SailPoint Identity Now (IdN), RBAC frameworks, and Microsoft Active Directory to ensure effective implementation of IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their needs.
- Design and implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive RBAC frameworks to manage user access rights and enhance security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex identity management challenges.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, including source onboarding, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Salesforce and Active Directory integrations within an identity governance framework.
- Strong understanding of RBAC principles and experience in developing and implementing access control frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud lifecycle management concepts and ability to leverage workflows for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to design and execute solutions enhancing identity governance and streamlining operations.
