Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Provide expert advice and education in the usage and interpretation of business data relevant to the business unit Communicate data nuances and insights to all levels of the company in a clear and concise manner Instill best practices and assists users at all levels within the company on how to leverage BI capabilities for accurate reporting and analysis Leverage expert knowledge of Business Intelligence capabilities and familiarity with business trends in identifying patterns, opportunities and threats Work closely with business partners in gathering detailed business requirements, establishing business definitions, translating to technical requirements for development team and gaining approval Interact with senior management or executive level customers and provides support as needed Create report mock ups based on requirements and coordinate with technical team in finalizing design and receiving sign off Support all scheduled and non-recurring information needs of the business users

- Strong SQL experience
- reporting tool experience (any tool - teradata, Microstrategy, tableau, powerBI, etc)
- data warehousing knowledge
- ability to write user stories and present to high level executives
Required Skills : REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Exceptionally strong communication skills both written and verbal Proven experience and passion for leveraging data to drive business impact Advanced statistical knowledge and intuition ideally utilized in A / B or multivariate testing (or related analytics) Expert SQL skills Experience with reporting / Business Intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, Teradata is a plus) Ability to speak to large groups with excellent presentation skills Ability to perform critical thinking in the area of data analysis with advanced analytical skills Experience with data visualization standards and techniques to visually summarize data and insights is a plus Expertise with BI Data Modeling concepts such as Star / Snowflake Schema, Dimensions and Facts
