Business Intelligence Analyst :
Have three or more years of experience in Cloud and Non-Cloud Data Warehouse design and implementation, Azure is desirable.
Have three or more years of experience in data transformation, metadata and reference data management, and business intelligence tools in medium to large complex environments.
Have three or more years of experience with advanced SQL server techniques.
Have three or more years of experience with Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services.
Have three or more years of experience with data migrations and substantial experience in testing extract, transform and loads (ETL's) utilizing Integration Services.
Have three or more years of experience utilizing Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Online Analysis Processing (OLAP) and Data Warehousing data integration models.
Have seven to ten years of experience with large and complex data management systems.
Have three or more years proven history of facilitating requirements and / or data modeling design meetings.
Have one or more years of experience in utilization of Qlik Sense or like systems.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build and deploy BI solutions for data warehouse within the Cloud environment as directed by the Department.
Design, develop, test, and deploy specific data bases and dashboards which will contain state and county level reports, as well as provide self-service ad-hoc analysis of the underlying data set as directed by the Department.
Develop and submit technical specifications of the data warehouse environment as directed by the Department.
Implement data analysis and reporting requirements of the data warehouse environment as directed by the Department.
Develop and submit technical specifications of BI reports and dashboards as directed by the Department.
Implement business intelligence reports and dashboards as directed by the Department.
Develop and submit technical specifications for optimizing the performance of the data warehouse and the filtering and indexing of data for performance analysis as directed by the Department.
Implement data cubes for optimizing the performance of the data warehouse and the filtering and indexing of data for performance analysis as directed by the Department.
Translate business needs to technical specifications as directed by the Department.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms as directed by the Department.
Create tools to store data (e.g., OLAP cubes) as directed by the Department.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting as directed by the Department.
Produce and submit detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks performed weekly.
