We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI , along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI .
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management - Lead and manage multiple Data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting; Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA )
- Data Analysis and Visualization - Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables; Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Team Leadership - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success
- Strategic Planning - Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals
- Communication - Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and executives
- Time Management - Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Budget & Financial Management - Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively; Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / IT / IS, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
