Position : Lead Salesforce Admin
Location : San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Model)
Job Type : Long-Term Contract
Required Skills :
- Profile and permission sets - Manages / create / edit permission set groups
- Data Migration using Data loader, import wizard, and workbench - Import, export, and manage data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
- Salesforce Lightning Flows(Record Triggered Flows, Scheduled Trigger Flows, Sub flows, Auto Launched Flows, Screen flows)
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Monitor Service now tickets for Grant / Remove and Maintain user licenses
- Performing Data Loads
- Knowledgeable in creating reports, simple SQL queries
- Lead Assignment / Case Assignment
- Good to have experience in Case and Lead Assignment rules
- Shell / Bash Scripting
- Troubleshooting and system issue resolution.
