The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, and user support. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to maintain system efficiency, implement best practices, and support business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and configure Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and custom fields.
- Manage data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, imports, and exports using tools like Data Loader.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement solutions.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow and other automation tools.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security compliance.
- Provide training and support to end users, enhancing adoption and proficiency.
