Job Description
- The Contractor shall create or modify documentation related to reporting and analytics products utilized by OAPS under this contract.
- All technical documentation created and / or modified under this contract shall adhere to documentation standards established at the client, such as the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) and 508 Compliance.
- Technical Documentation shall include :
- Gather information from subject matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP), technical specifications, and process documentation;
- Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise, and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage such as Microsoft Teams and / or Sharepoint and;
- Research, outline, write and edit content, working closely with project teams to understand project requirements.
