- Maintain accurate records by updating CRM tools or databases with all call-related activities.

- Provide exceptional customer support, serving as a reliable point of contact for end users.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
- Utilize CRM tools and databases to analyze and generate reports as needed.

Compensation & Perks:
💰 Pay: $15–$16 per hour (based on experience).
