Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers via phone, executing client campaigns with professionalism and accuracy.
- Identify and qualify key contacts to ensure outreach to the right decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records by updating CRM tools or databases with call-related activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and group targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and act as a reliable point of contact for end users.
- Communicate effectively with above-average written and verbal skills.
- Utilize CRM tools and databases to analyze reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and database management is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $15–$16/hr, based on experience.
