The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee our client’s management and tracking of their customer relationships. In this role, you will play a critical part in building lasting relationships with key customers while optimizing our client’s CRM tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Customer Experience Oversight: Ensure the organization meets customer expectations and address any concerns proactively.
- CRM Optimization: Maximize the efficiency of CRM software and data to support customer care efforts.
- Data Management: Track and manage customer information, including contact details, usage history, and preferences.
- Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer care and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Project Management and Product Management.
- Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
