The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern DevOps practices to join a collaborative team of engineers. In this role, you’ll solve real-world problems, lead technical design efforts, and drive platform resilience and performance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with full stack engineers to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software and systems that support internal users.
- Lead the deployment, monitoring, and support of software across development, testing, and production environments.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant solutions using Node.js, React, Redis, Couchbase, and ELK stack components.
- Design and maintain GraphQL and RESTful APIs to support platform functionality.
- Maintain platform health through regular updates, vulnerability remediation, and performance optimizations.
- Improve developer efficiency and platform resiliency through DevOps practices, CI/CD integration, and automated deployments.
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks, propose performance improvements, and resolve recurring outages.
- Contribute to strategic architectural discussions and promote innovation and quality through design reviews and mentorship.
- Document technical solutions and support enterprise tooling, source control, and testing frameworks.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience developing backend applications with Node.js.
- 5 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for full stack development.
- Deep experience with CI/CD tools and version control platforms including Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and XLR.
- Proven expertise in xPaaS technologies such as Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, ELK stack, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience building and supporting scalable, fault-tolerant systems in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly Couchbase.
- Proficiency with enterprise APIs (GraphQL, REST, Serverless Functions) and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, code health practices, and agile development methodologies.

- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-grade software within Agile product environments.
- Familiarity with omni-channel design patterns and reusable component architectures.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment and autonomy.
