Service Techs provide perform in-store repairs for PC, and Apple hardware,, as well as heading to client locations to troubleshoot, repair, or retrieve systems that need further assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact with customers, providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, network printers and software issues.
- Accurately capture customer information and issue descriptions to facilitate repairs being done right the first time.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues. Either remote or onsite.
- Document all fixes via ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer issues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with Windows and Mac hardware/software.
- Knowledge of basic computer networking.
- Light travel in the Pensacola, Florida area using company vehicles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
