They hire standard IT/SDLC PMs. Some waterfall and agile. Those that are just agile/scrum they have passed on as they run a PMO like model where they will jump from project to project.
Must have some scrum/agile.
All IT projects, heavier on the application side.
Soft skills and ability to interview are very critical
"Having med tech background and regulated industry background is helpful. Majority of the projects will be in the Inside and Field Sales org. waterfall and agile is a big plus. Coordinating a large program across 6 projects and cross functional teams"
Leads one or more project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations.
Develops and manages all facets of the project(s) from intake through implementation and closure.
Accountable for the successful implementation of the outcomes derived through the change through effective organization and leadership, business case and benefits management, risk management and issue resolution, planning and control, change management and quality management. Ensures the project adheres to all Corporate and IT policies and standards.
Responsible for effectively managing the constraints of project management: Scope, Cost, Schedule.
Provides technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to leadership governance bodies.
Keeps current on advances and best practices in project management methodologies.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
Requires a University Degree and minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
