The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ETL processes, data transformation, and data management, along with proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* ETL Development:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using AWS Glue; This includes extracting data from various sources, staging data, evaluating data quality, and transforming data to meet business needs
* Data Management:
Create and manage ETL layers, ensuring data is clean and ready for upstream Master Data Management (MDM) processes
* SQL and Python:
Utilize SQL and Python for data manipulation, transformation, and automation tasks
* Project Management:
Lead and manage ETL projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives; Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress
* Collaboration:
Work closely with business, technical, and executive stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
* Documentation:
Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications; Ensure clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Performance Optimization:
