Corporate Mandates:
· Build your business
· Learn everything you need to be the most trusted resource in your market
· Massive amounts of activity each and every day (calls, meetings, networking, etc).
· Learn the customers story
· Learn your market and who the influencers are
· Learn how to underwrite the transaction(s)
· Work with your account managers to ensure seamless hand off
· Deliver incredible customer service
· Bring them back, again and again and again
· Perform routine site visits to projects
· Attend networking events
· Build a following
Responsibilities:
· Grow iFC presence in market
· 4-5 meetings each week with clients
· 2-3 networking events each week with real estate, builder forums
· 300-400 phone calls each week to prospective clients (iFC provides lots of sources)
· Achieve run rate of $30 millions per annum within 12 months of on boarding
· Gains visibility into the local real estate investor community through speaking engagements and organizing/leading round- table discussions
· Dedicates 1-2 hours a week coaching and mentoring
