What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Administrator IV position at Technology , Inc.?
We are seeking an experience System Administrator IV to join our Corporate IT team to support either our DC metro office and / or Dahlgren, V. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
- System Management : Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
- Security : Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Collaboration : Work with the IT team to resolved escalated issues and provide user guidance.
- User Support : Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.
Required Qualifications :
Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
