What’s In It For You

What You Get To Do
- Design, prototype, and test innovative hardware solutions for high-performance mobility products.
- Develop scalable and reliable mechanical designs, from concept through final manufacturing (DFM/DFA).
- Conduct FEA simulations to analyze fatigue, torsion, and bending of engineering plastics and metals.
- Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical components, integrating seamlessly with software and electrical systems.
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes using CAD tools, 3D printing, and CNC machining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure manufacturability.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and emerging manufacturing techniques.
- BS/MS/Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in FEA analysis (static, dynamic, and thermal) using Ansys or similar tools.
- 2 years of CAD proficiency (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.).
- Expertise in designing for manufacturing (casting, injection molding, machining).
- Strong background in gearbox development and mechanical system optimization.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative product development.
- Familiarity with GD&T, 2D drawings, and mechanical enclosures for electronic components.
