What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or higher).
- Expertise in electrical system design, PLC programming, and mobile equipment controls.
- Familiarity with federal transportation standards and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in SAE J1939 protocol and Parker IQAN systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with stage gate/phase gate product development processes.
