- Manage multiple CAISO NRI projects, coordinating schedules, resources, and stakeholders to meet goals.
- Oversee change orders, project updates, risks, and solutions.
- Support business development with pricing estimates and scope documentation.
- Maintain project data in NetSuite and customer portals, track costs, update milestones, and manage deliverables.
- Schedule inspectors and field technicians, ensuring efficient operations.
- Collaborate with finance on invoicing and fiscal oversight while gathering technical details for design, equipment configuration, and meter certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 years of progressive experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance entities (PJM, MISO, ERCOT, NYISO, SPP, ISO-NE)
- Familiarity with CAISO Business Process Manual and RIMS process
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Experience with NetSuite ERP, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
