A Managed IT Services company is seeking a Technical Support | Audio Specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area.
Responsibilities
Role is responsible for assisting our customer base across all ticket mediums; emails, calls, and external, and internal chats. This individual troubleshoots layer 1 on a customer’s network, along with entry to mid-level support on customers' alarms, phones, camera systems, streaming, and data cabling. Previous experience as an Audio Technician or Audio Engineer is required for this position. The Specialist will also escalate calls to a Tier 2 specialist when needed.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of hands-on audio systems experience in installation, service and/or configuration. Experience in Crown hardware/software preferred. Experience and proficiency in IT, Customer Service, Multi-tasking, Client Interface, Troubleshooting, Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail is required.
Compensation & Benefits
$45K - $60K (Based on Experience)
