Sales Support Specialist. This position is responsible for managing the relationship between all departments of The Assigned Client Group and Strategic Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring all orders for assigned clients are shipped same day
- Interfacing with client to resolve any deployment related issues
- Producing client-specific reports
- Reviewing invoices and making any necessary changes
- Responding to pricing inquiries
- Ensuring accurate pricing is established in the system
- Acting as a consultant for product related questions and requests
- Responsible for ensuring full penetration of assigned client business
- Managing any special deployment projects as requested by client
- Providing any training or education on the online order entry system
- Customizing the order entry system based upon individual client needs
- Testing new system functionality as it relates to specific client needs
- Delivering quality reports to clients on a regular basis showing our performance related to contractual SLAs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Account Management experience
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based upon their needs and our abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
