Join our Field Services team and work with Sales Representatives to create wireless network solutions for TRG customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate labor and material calculations for wireless site surveys and low voltage wiring installations.
- Create a Bill of Materials for each project.
- Contribute to completion of Statements of Work that outline the work required.
- Create post survey and installation reports for customers.
- Regularly interact with end user clients in a professional manner in person, via telephone and email.
- Assist sales team members with technical questions or issues.
- May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes.
- Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor.
- Employee may be asked to visit customer sites to perform related tasks.
- Employee may be sent for yearly training to keep current with today’s technology.
