If you're looking to join a fast-paced, progressive Staffing organization with very little boundaries and unlimited earnings potential, then look no further. 100% Remote availableWe are seeking high-producers with : 4 years in an Account Executive or Business Development Manager in a mid to large sized staffing firm with a focus on Finance & Accounting.A documented track-record of success.Ability to build and maintain strong lasting client relationships.Hunter mentality but able to operate a full desk when needed.Business Development : Responsible for execution of the business development lifecycle – networking, lead generation, opportunity identification, qualification, negotiation, and executing MSA’s.Ability to service prospective clients at a local and national level.Account Management : Must develop strong working relationships with hiring managers of clients and have a deep understanding of their business and industry they serve.Responsible for execution of the account management lifecycle – Cultivating customer relationship, identifying requirements, managing the recruitment process, communicating requirements to the recruitment team, submitting highly-qualified candidates for opportunities.
