Description
Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced End User Desktop Technician to join their rapidly growing team!
As an End User Desktop Technician, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Provides installation/troubleshooting support to the CAN, VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.
- Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and STO activities as required.
- Travels to support other locations within the area as needed.
- Follows proper processes of equipment classification and sanitization.
- Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.
Requirements
Required:
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree, and 7 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support, Associate’s Degree with 9 years of experience in IT hardware support, or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience in IT hardware support.
- IAT Level II Certification Required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred:
- Experience supporting CAN networking requirements.
- Experience with a ticketing system.
- Quality cabling skills in installation, splicing, and fabrication.
