About the Company - The Senior Developer will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team within Enterprise Business Technology Office. This team is responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance organizations to deliver mission-critical solutions and capabilities that transform the business.
About the Role - This role will be supporting our development efforts within the Financial Risk and Compliance area, collaborating with multidiscipline technology teams. In this role, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle and leveraging the latest technologies and architectures. This position requires a strong experience in design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable software solutions with ability to translate complex technical issues into easily understood communications that will influence executive audiences with varied technical backgrounds and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Understand Business Requirements, participate in Requirements Analysis, design applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype, if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy the applications.
- Develop, enhance, test, and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, PowerShell, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework Extensions, and other related technologies
- Build microservices-based solutions using Java / JEE frameworks, JavaScript, containers and AWS tech stack.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet the required standards for quality, performance, and security
- Stay up to date with industry / enterprise standards, latest technologies and general principles, and techniques.
- Contribute and participate in design and code reviews.
- Build test automation suite to fully test the applications and features.
- Contribute in creation of and maintenance of delivery pipelines for newly created services / solutions.
- Support defect and incident resolution , remediate security vulnerabilities and technical debt.
