What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk Management Consultant position at Technology Ventures?
The Talent Management team requires support to transition all talent management capabilities from Oracle to Workday.
Main Activities:
• Developing/updating job aids and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and HR partners
• Supporting development of training and communications for how to conduct talent management processes (including succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews) in Workday
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for talent management processes
• Updating internal team job aids and process documentation
Potential Additional Activities:
• Report testing and troubleshooting
• Dashboard testing and troubleshooting
• Helping troubleshoot post-go-live issues/resolve escalated tickets
