Primary Purpose
Provide management and system administration of district enterprise applications. Responsible for training, resource monitoring, and reporting for ERP/SIS and other district software applications. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
Qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure
Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Must pass CCISD drug and alcohol abuse standards
Must pass criminal history and MVR driving record checks
Special Knowledge/Skills
Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills Knowledge of Application Development Life Cycle
Experience with database management systems, including SQ
Ability to set priorities and handle multiple and complex assignments
Experience with HTML and maintenance of web applications
Experience gathering application requirements and developing documentation Ability to configure and troubleshoot enterprise applications properly
Knowledge of ERP / SIS systems (PowerSchool ERP and Skyward SIS preferred)
Experience
Minimum of 4 years providing SIS/ERP support and customer service
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs systems administration, system monitoring, and validation of key processes of enterprise systems and applications.
- Performs installations, coordinates upgrades, monitors application performance and backup/recovery processes, and validates security of network systems and
- Project lead for upgrades and updates for SIS/ERP.
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL
- Assist with vendor-supported and internal APIs for data transfers between systems.
- Act as liaison between vendors, users, staff, and IT personnel for applications or systems; oversee vendor installations and development of customer applications and configurations.
- Performs on site and remote technical
- Assist in the research, design, development, maintenance, investigation, and problem resolution of various District applications and third-party systems, including but not limited to Point of Sale, Student systems, Learning Management Systems, Enterprise Systems, online forms/workflows, and business applications.
