About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead agile development teams and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DotNet or Java, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the product roadmap and technical scope of projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of deliverables for Scrum / Kanban teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Enable seamless knowledge transfer between onsite and offshore teams.
- Effectively engage with clients on a daily basis to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Lead technical discussions with architects and propose improvement ideas.
- Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders effectively.
- Organize and facilitate brainstorming sessions to solve complex business problems.
