TechnoMile is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Tysons, Virginia. The BDR team plays a pivotal role in our growth strategy – focusing on strategic account engagement, building new pipeline opportunities in collaboration with aligned Account Executives (AEs), and influencing key decision-makers across the federal contracting landscape. BDRs will work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless alignment and execution of pipeline-building efforts.
The Day-to-Day:
- Strategic Account Alignment: Partner with an assigned team of AEs to support engagement with their list of focused accounts, ensuring a strategic and targeted approach to driving new meetings and pipeline growth.
- Advanced Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on deeper account insights, leveraging data-driven strategies and industry research to prioritize accounts and personas.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute personalized outreach via email, social media, phone, and event networking to establish meaningful connections and nurture relationships.
- Targeted Campaign Collaboration: Work with Marketing to develop and execute account-based campaigns tailored to specific industries, verticals, or prospect needs.
- Sales Play Execution: Implement customized sales plays designed to accelerate account penetration and drive discovery meetings with high-value prospects.
