Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Capital Projects Director to join our team at TechnoSmarts, Inc. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading our site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the shared field support team which may consist of various on-site supporting project resources (scheduler, safety, cost control, expeditor, etc.).
- Serve as construction lead for any partial specific project.
- Conduct weekly planning meeting with the plant engineer or designate, to determine access times for construction activities.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience managing large capital expenditure projects through all phases of construction.
- PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA or similar certifications.
- OSHA 30 and CPR training.
- MS Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint, BIM360.
