Must Haves: Relevant working experience in oil & gas industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan, supervise and control Civil Engineering work activities throughout all project phases beginning from Concept, Basic, FEED and detail engineering Design to commissioning until handover of surface facilities to Operations.
- Greenfield and brown filed
- Key roles include development of engineering deliverables, perform technical review and compliance project checks on engineering consultant’s deliverables.
- Support the development plan for oil and gas production
- Self-driven to introduce new technology or proven design improvements and optimisations of surface facilities to contribute towards achieving Best-In-Class cost and schedule for projects assigned.
- Conversant with Codes and standards applicable in oil and gas industry.
- Must be ready to travel US or Europe on project basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in oil & gas industry.
- Experience of CO2 Removal Unit would be advantageous
- Possess strong analytical skill and effectively communicate technical data.
- Ability to interact effectively in multidisciplinary team environment, especially in multinational environment
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible and good working attitude
- Can adapt in fast pace working environment

- Bentley RAM: Connection analysis & design of virtually any connection type

Technical Skills:
- Topographic site survey or lidar scan data into civil software for developing existing grade contour drawings
- Establishing plant benchmarks and converting between latitude/longitude, state plane, and plant coordinates.
- Develop rough grading and final grading plans?
- Generating final surface treatment drawings
- Develop earthwork material cut and fill quantities
- Balancing a site to minimize imported fills or excess cut material?
- Develop Erosion and Sediment Control drawings and Stormwater Pollution Preventions Plans (SWPPP)
- Sizing large secondary containment structures including earthen berms and mechanically stabilized earth walls
- Develop calculations for truck turning radius and truck loading/unloading area layout.
