Job Title: Site Superintendent
Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Core Responsibilities:

- Expertise in document control for daily reports, safety documentation, job walks, and as-builts.
- Trade Coordination and Scheduling:
- Ability to coordinate trade work through the shop drawing and submittal process.
- Skills in reviewing and aligning scheduling with subcontractors and PMs to match field conditions with the GC schedule.
- Mock-Up Installation and Coordination:
- Experience in supporting the installation and coordination of mock-up rooms/spaces with subcontractors.
- Team Leadership and Motivation:
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to support project delivery to achieve financial, quality, and performance objectives.
- Communication and Issue Resolution:
- Effective communication skills to track, report, and resolve project issues promptly.
- Participation in companywide communication programs and strategy sessions.
- Schedule Development and Tracking:
- Proficiency in developing schedules for submittals, shop drawings, BIM dates, scope additions, and mockups/training.
- Skills in tracking and reporting project milestone progress.
