Job Summary:
This position will report to the Director, Corporate Compliance and is primarily responsible for reviewing company's proposed arrangements with referral sources across the country to ensure they are compliant and low risk. This position will also provide compliance guidance considering the federal fraud, waste, and abuse laws and other health care regulatory laws.
Requirements:
Must be able to understand the Anti-Kickback Statute and other compliance risks; Healthcare Industry; At least 5 years of in compliance; Must have completed a bachelor's degree
