• Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications in finance, including predictive analytics, robo-advisory, fraud detection, and AI-driven customer interactions.
• Proven track record of launching AI-powered financial products or platforms.
• Experience working with data science teams to define AI product requirements and implement machine learning models in production.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, cloud computing, and big data analytics in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of fintech trends, robo-advisors, and digital banking innovations.
