Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale strategic programs across a big banking institution Wealth and Retail Banking business. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and governance of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required skills:
• 10 years of experience in program/project management within financial services, wealth management, retail banking, or fintech.
• Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with a focus on digital transformation
• Strong understanding of wealth and retail banking products, operations, and regulatory landscape.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, and other project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
