***Preferred Local to Sacramento, CA; able to be at Client Office in Rancho Cordova, CA, will look at other candidates not local if they have CalSAWS experience***
Required Skills:
Strong background in Integrated Eligibility systems, with a preference for experience on the client's system.
Exposure to modules such as Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC), along with a solid understanding of rule engine framework, decision authoring and editing, versioning of rules and etc.
Preferred Skills:
The role requires proficiency in ODM (Operational Decision Manager), Java, AWS Cloud Services and Oracle database
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot.
- Utilize ODM to implement business rules and decision management solutions
- Work on Integrated Eligibility systems, with a focus on enhancing and maintaining existing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
- Work with Oracle databases to design, develop, and optimize database solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process

- Design, Develop, Validate and deliver the code; Perform any additional defect fixes for stabilizing the production
