People need to travel most of the time (80-90%)
Looking for 2 Oracle Utilities Trainer for a long term contract.
This resources will need to be onsite, and this is a 12-24 month contract role.
Two Training resources:
1 assigned to the call center / billing operations / city services, and 1 assigned to emergency dispatch and field operations.
Required:
A minimum of 2 CIS and/or field service end-to-end implementations preferably Oracle Customer Information / Field Operations systems
Have 5 years of operational experience / knowledge (call center, billing, revenue /collections, dispatch, and field services) preferably in the water and gas industries and /or other utilities.
Successfully developed and delivered with demonstrated adoption training (content) for in-person, e-learning, and online/virtual training using Microsoft software, e-learning software, gamification, and other modern techniques used for adult learning.
Develop training analysis inclusive of surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand the training needs of employees across operating areas impacted by the new solution(s).
Thoroughly assess, identify and document processes currently being handled outside of the system, handoffs, and the outputs and what training by role is required.
Meet with end-users to understand needs, pain points, and other opportunities.
Develop and deliver end-user training
Collaborate with system implementor and other partners for alignment.
