Our direct client is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer for a Remote, Full Time / Long term contract position.
Position Description :
The developer will provide technical development and environment execution of the ServiceNow HRSD module.
The Developer is responsible for collaborating the HRSD bureau, System Specialists, SMEs, and Suppliers.
Will work closely with Process Owner, Business Analysts, ServiceNow Administrators and other ServiceNow Developers within HRSD.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator is Desirable
Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources; CIS - HR / HRSD is Desirable
Requirements :
Excellent and broad knowledge of ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module and ideally Employee Service Center.
Life cycle event : Onboarding and off boarding.
Shall have experience developing Integration using Rest / SOAP webservices, Integration Hub, using ETL tools like SnapLogic, Dell Bhoomi, Mulesoft.
Must have expertise in ServiceNow coding (JAVA Script, Angular JS, REACT)
Shall have strong knowledge and expertise in building workflows, flow designer, & implement automation using Integration Hub or other OOB ServiceNow plugins / connectors.
Experience in Virtual agent implementation including creation of Data Model, training the agent and creating custom flows is preferred.
Strong knowledge or experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. Knowledge in Workplace service delivery is a bonus.
Interface with Product Owners, act as Technical Consultant / Sr Developer for certain projects.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator is Desired
Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources; CIS - HR / HRSD is Strong Plus
