Position: Splunk and Dynatrace Engineer
Location: Chandler, AZ/Jersey City, NJ/Chicago, IL (Hybrid role 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 month
Tech Skills required:
Dynatrace
Splunk Enterprise including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging of the tool for analytical and alerting capabilities
Proven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Microfocus BPM, Sitescope, Dynatrace, Catchpoint etc.
Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services,
Able to process, monitor, shell scripts, etc.
Experience in programming languages (Java and/or .NET)
Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring
Proven experience in N-Tier architecture supporting a multitude of products(Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes
An excellent communicator, able to network and influence across multiple levels is required of this role
A self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills
A strategic thinker who can link business context to technical reality .
3- 5years experience in splunk development including Scripting, and splunk Dashboard development and implementation knowledge
