Position: Artificial Intelligence Engineer / AI Engineer
Duration: Full-Time
Location: New York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)
Please Note : Due to the nature of the government project, U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy full-stack GenAI products—chatbots, copilots, autonomous agents.
- Develop APIs and UIs that bring AI to life in the browser, in tools, or across workflows.
- Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, open-source models) and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Build AI agents with memory, planning, retrieval, and tool-use capabilities.
- Integrate vector search with RAG pipelines using FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, or similar.
- Collaborate across product, design, and AI teams to ship valuable features fast.
- Optimize GenAI applications for performance, UX, and reliability in production.
Who You Are – Product-Minded, Full-Stack AI Builder
- You’ve shipped features powered by LLMs, whether that’s a chatbot, a smart autocomplete, or a GenAI tool.
- You understand how to wire up GenAI: prompts, toolchains, memory, retrieval, and action.
- You love turning ideas into live products, care about user experience, and know when “just prompting” isn’t enough.
- You understand the foundations of machine learning and deep learning, even if you're not building models from scratch—tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face don't scare you.
- You’ve tinkered with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex—or built your own system for chaining models and tools.
- You’re fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript, and have experience in Python backends like FastAPI or Flask.
- You’re cloud-savvy, deployment-friendly, and value writing code that scales and ships.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or TensorBoard.
- Exposure to real-time inference, edge AI, or robotics systems.
